Airpods Pro 2 CASE LOOSE

I purchased Airpods pro 2nd gen about 3 days ago, and I noticed that the lid is loose and making a cracking noise when opening and closing. Any advice for this issue? Thank you

AirPods Case Unresponsive My AirPods Pro case has been unresponsive for some time now. What I mean by this is, when I open the case, nothing happens. No light, nothing. It won’t charge the actual AirPods either, unless I actually plug the case in. Then, it magically gains back all of its responsiveness. Is there any fix to this?

airpods pro 2 - case seems to stick occasionally and then click before opening So recently just bought AirPods. Me and my partner bought at same time. Her case seems fine but my case occasionally doesn’t open properly. Basically, when you try and open it you feel resistance and then often a click sound and it will then open. its like part of the case is catching on itself. Has anyone else had this?

If you purchased these AirPods brand new in a factory sealed box from an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer, return there and seek assistance.
