Delete recent calls

Recent phone calls will not delete with swipe left. Calls number. Have recent update 10.1.1 update

If it was me then I would try to delete them on the phone and see if they synced over to be removed on the watch too

If it does not given time then you can suggest Apple fix it using their feedback channel

or reach out to their support channels

Tried that. Deleted on phone, still on watch. Turned watch off and back on. Still there and calling number on swipe left.
