Change the Interface Colour in Final Cut Pro 10.7 to grey or a light colour

Hi,

I have a client using FCP, but his eyesight is deteriorating and he finds reading the FCP interface of white or grey on black to not work for him. I searched but could not find a way in FCP to have a light interface rather than a dark interface. Does anyone have a solution to this serious customer issue?
