Swipe up to show tools no longer working on Apple Watch 6

Swiping up now only shows weather, news and three apps but no water drop or other tools. Watch and phone fully updated.

Control Center has moved to the flat oval side button (see picture)

Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support

A quick press and release will bring up the same Control Center the swipe up used to display.

DO NOT hold the button, as that brings up the Emergency services display.

If the button press and release timing is causing problems, play with:

Settings-> Accessibility-> Side Button Click Speed (you have to do a lot of scrolling to find it).
