Add eSIM option disappeared on iPhone 14 PRO

After updating to version 17, the "Add eSIM" option is no longer available in the "Cellular" function. It is also not possible to delete the current eSIM, nor does QRCode work as a means to add the eSIM.

I've already done a factory reset via iTunes and the problem continues.

Anyone else going through this situation?

Cannot add an eSIM on my iPhone 13 anymore Hi everyone, So a while back, when I had purchased the 13, I tried adding an eSIM (secondary) to it. The process worked fine and I took the necessary steps that were required. However, sometime later, when I inserted the physical (primary) SIM, the eSIM signals were lost in oblivion. Now, the eSIM QR doesn’t work. I have even tried going to the cellphone carrier’s service center (Reliance Jio) but even they cannot seem to activate it at their end. According to them - “There are some previous eSIM files that have still not been removed and that is why the eSIM cannot be re-added.” However, there is no eSIM option in the first place. PFA. Their advice - Factory reset the device to get rid of any temporary eSIM files. Please help. Thanks.

There are no esim button or Cellular data plan on my iphone 11!! I can't add esim to my iphone 11 !!! there is no needed button on settings I updated the IOS but still no button
