While trying 2 transfer files 4rm iPhone 12 Pro Max 2 my iPhone 15 pro max I ws notified dat it failed nd I should reset my phone which I did Bt my phone has bn showing me d Apple logo fully loaded since but has failed to reboot wat could b d problem
please help me I’m worried

If it's been frozen that way for over an hour try force restarting it by pressing volume up, volume down and holding in the power button. If that doesn't resolve it, you may need to plug it into a PC or Mac, put it into recovery mode, and click restore when that message pops up.
