Signing in with Apple ID
How do I sign in to apps with my Apple ID if it doesn’t let me?

There can be different causes and different messages. Are there particular messages shown here?
If the apps were downloaded from a different Apple ID, delete them, and re-download the apps from the Apple ID you want to use.
Alternatively, If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help. Nothing you can do will clear this case, other than a discussion directly with Apple Support.
