iOS 17.1 Homescreen blur is not applied

Hi! Sometimes the blur effect for Homescreen does not apply in my iPhone 13 mini. Sometimes it shows right, but sometimes I get my phone at morning and see my homescreen without a blur effect. Does any of you have this problem?

As a workaround, I have to deselect Blur, click Done, open this screen again and enable the Blur option again.

This behavior is reproduced 3 times after update to iOS 17.

It seems like a bug, very little minor, but annoying bug, and I don't know how to report about it.
