Chess.app, bad players, improve the application

A very annoying thing with Chess.app when you play online with another player (Game center), are the sore losers!

Those who stop playing when they feel too dominated in the game. They just don't finish it so they don't score a defeat. Which at the same time prevents us from recording a victory. Quite a pitiful attitude.

Couldn't we force players to declare a withdrawal after a certain period of time without playing? Not to mention Blitz, but at least after a few days e.g. ?
