How to get iCloud annual plan?

I am trying to upgrade my iCloud+ to 2 TB but wanted to do it on annual basis. Alas, cannot find the way. Both website and on device I only get monthly options.

There is no annual billing option for iCloud storage plans. Only monthly billing options are available.
