400 Bad Request regularly when accessing websites

I keep getting 400 Bad Request - Request Header or Cookie too large. whenever I want to go to another page in the website. I've restarted my MacBook Pro. That doesn't fix it. I have an iMac and an iPhone that are not affected. Any ideas

Safari shows 'HTTP Error 400' on MacBook Bad Request - Request Too Long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long. This happens a lot with Safari but I can go to another browser & the url works fine. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
