Should I go for a ‘Made for Magsafe” case?

Hey everyone!

I have a question about iPhone cases. More specifically, about iPhone 15 Pro Max Magsafe cases.

I am aware of the Apple MFi program, and as far as I know, Magsafe cases are a part of this program.

Since Magsafe cases have magnets in them, and even Apple says that you should be careful with magnets around your phone (and as I said Magsafe cases ARE also a part of the MFi program), I was wondering: How important is it, to buy a ‘Made for Magsafe’ case for my phone?

I asked a third party company that makes Magsafe cases, and they even had certifications for their iPhone 12 cases, but they no longer have it for iPhone 15 for example. They said that Magsafe is a matured technology now, and they don’t need certifications for it. But I am not convinced.

So… Should I be careful with Magsafe cases and go for ‘Made for Magsafe’, or my worries are unnecessary, because these magnets are weak anyway?

Thanks in advance!
