I want to change my region but my account have enough money so i cant change my region

If you are trying to zero your balance and still have a valid credit or debit card, you may purchase an item from the App or iTunes Stores for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card. You may also click on Official Apple Support (the same as clicking on "Support" at the bottom left of this page) and they can zero it for you. It might save you some time, and using the general support link will likely just eventually take you here anyway after a bit of hunting.

You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or:
