My air pods do not play at the same volume

the AirPods are clean and the volume balance on my iPhone is in the middle. If I connect a pair of wired headphone to my phone there's no issue.

Air pods and Air pods Pro connected but no sound In recent times, every time I use my air pods 2 or my Air pods pro with my 12 pro, they get connected, but the sound comes from the iPhone. This is the case for apps such as Netflix and also the same with normal telephone calls each time it becomes alright only after I switch off and switch on the blue tooth. I have not had this problem before the 16.2 update now I am on 16.3 update is there a solution to this

Try this:

Settings -> Accessibility -> Audio/Visual -> Balance the left-right ratio 2 ur liking.
