How do I access a song that I've paid for that does not appear in my library?

It seems that occasionally, for reasons unknown, new purchases may sometimes be hidden in your purchase history. See Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support to unhide any hidden content and Redownload music - Apple Support to download it to local storage. Alternatively use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site to start a conversation with iTunes Store support team.
