Account disabled in App Store: I am trying to download Apps and I get a message my account has been disabled

New Imac and am trying to download apps like Amazon and pages. I get a message to contact Itunes suport bc my account hs been disabled. Works on my new ipnone but not new iMac. Very frustrating

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support. Click the “request reactivation” link in: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
