Apple Watch Series 4 not letting me update to watchOS 10

My apple watch wont let me update past the watchOS 8.8.1, even with the latest IPhone update. It won’t let me continue the set-up process. When I click cancel it only gives me the option to un-pair and restart. I am really stuck!

My apple watch series 3 won't update with my iPhone 12 pro. Ive reset watch multiple times. I've deleted and reinstalled my Watch app on phone multiple times. Every time, watch will fail update at various stages in the process. I've gotten as far as "preparing" after update, but then will not proceed and wheel just spins on iPhone, or watch resets with no update and prompt to bring phone near watch to pair. Not sure of WatchOS version because can't access my watch now. iPhone 12 running 15.7.1 and up to date.

Apple Watch Series 3 unable to update to watchOS 8.6 I just got a new iPhone 13 pro and I had a series 3 watch and it gets stuck during the update.. I have included a screen shot where it gets stuck.. I have completely reset both phone and watch multiple times and same thing everytime.. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
