When i press set up hotspot I keep getting a message of call or go to website. I don’t understand why because it has worked in the past. I have called & they said they are calling me back in 30 minutes & it’s been a hour. What in the world?

Personal Hotspots is a feature that must be supported by the cell carrier. They will need to be contacted if there is an issue where you are not allowed to use it.

Yes, I did and they were to call me back after some “trouble shooting” w my account & they did not call back :/
