iPhone 13 Pro Max. Cannot connect to 2.4 ghz

Since I upgraded to iOS 17 I cannot connect to 2.4 Ghz. All other devices in the home ‘find’ 2.4 ghz except my iPhone which only finds 5ghz. I cannot operate my other 2.4g devices on my iPhone if I cannot connect It is just my iPhone not other devices.

iPhone 12 not connecting to 5GHz network. As already stated in the title I use an iPhone 12. My problem right now is that it is not connecting to the 5GHz frequency band but only the 2,4Ghz. The resulting connection is much slower than normal. I'm trying to find out where the issue is. I've tried searching online but found no results that could help me. My device is on the latest iOS (18.3.2). I've tried turning my wifi on and of and I've even gone as far as forgetting the network and reentering the password, but nothing has helped. Also there are no mesh repeaters that only support 2,4GHz or something like that, my phone is directly connected to the router. It is also not because i'm to far away because the macbook where i'm typing this right now is directly next to my phone and is connected via 5GHz. And all other devices in the network are also connected with 5GHz including another iPhone 14 and an AppleTV. Is my iPhone to old to support 5GHz? Can somebody help me out here? Thanks in advance.

iphone 13 pro can't discover 5 Ghz wifi AP I was setup my AP with 2 frequency 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz, but when i'm trying to connect from my iphone 13 pro, i can't see the 5 Ghz AP, i'm only see AP with 2.4 Ghz. And test it with any other iphone, it's same from iphone 11 to 13 pro max, but it's work in iphone 6. Iphone 6 user able to discover the 5 Ghz AP and connect to it. Is there any one have a solutions on this ? upgrade to IOS 16 not solving my problem. Thanks

iPhone 16 Pro Max not recognizing 2.4GHz Wi-Fi on iOS 18.2 Recently purchased 16 Pro Max and on IOS 18.2. Trying to connect to my 2.4ghz WiFi, but phone only recognizing 5ghz. I reset the modem and “forgotten” both 5g and 2.4g. Relogged into both 5g and 2.4g, but phone never shows option to switch from 5 to 2.4. Any resolution or fixes? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Have you actually tried controlling devices on the 2.4 Ghz side? Most routers bridge the two connections. I can control all my 2.4 Ghz devices while on 5 Ghz.
