Constant battery problem every time I update my iPhone

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, I bought it back in June, since iOS 17 rolled around, every new iOS 17 update I've experienced the same battery drainage, I don't know what causes it and I don't have a definitive answer on how to solve it, sometimes is an app that needs an update to stop the battery drainage and in other times it fixes itself in a few days, last time it took 2 weeks to fix itself. It makes my battery last up to 5 hours in a day, and when I don't experience the problem it last for 8 hours, I need a definitive answer in how to fix this, or I will have to stop constantly updating to the newest version of iOS 17, just updating it when 17.2 or 17.3 comes.

Is not battery health, It's just that my battery drains so quickly, just today I've used it for around 4 hours and It already has 7%. My battery health is at 98%.

To answer your other question, at the authorized Apple service shop they told me that is a constant issue that the 14 Pro's and all of the lineup of 15's has, the updates have not been very well optimized.
