Apple music "Error occurred" on windows laptop

Hi! So I attempted to log into my apple music account on my windows laptop. After I logged in with my info, it still says 'sign in' in the top right corner and if I press on any tabs it says "error occured". If I try to refresh the page, it takes me back to my bing search engine. I tried restarting my laptop and exiting out of all other apps, but nothing is working. My apple music still works on my Iphone so I do not know what the issue. Especially, since I've had previously logged into my this account successfully on another laptop before now. Please help!
