Hi,

My case ID is 102160153087 & my repair ID is D602248788

Please find my details above. As you can see in the case, I need to send my old damaged phone by 14th December. However, I had to travel out of the country as my mother passed away and I won’t be back before the 17th. Could you please give me an extension to send back my old phone?

I have been trying to contact Apple support and even got lucky to speak to support but they just kept transferring me to different departments like After Sales, Apple Care, Technical and I had to keep repeating my issue to each of them and in the end the call just ended without any solution.

This is truly unexpected from Apple and me repeating the topic about my loss is taking a toll on my health as well. I have already paid a big amount to Apple as a hold till I send back my old device so I will loose a lot of money if Apple doesn't give me an extension.

I would once again request you to please please give me an extension to return my old device.
