Screen time not working with Youtube and Roblox on child device

What worked for me was to force change childs password from own device, as this logged out icloud on childs ipad. Then i turnes off screentime fully. Then i turnes off ask for permission to buy for 60 sec under child in family on my device. Rebooted child ipad. Turn turnes on ask for permission and screentime again. Waited a bit. Then it seemed like child ipad reset screentime eg i had to reset code and all settings had defaulted to standard. Reinstalling apps did not help. And now youtube and roblox finally adheres to screen time rules 👍🏻. Not sure why this worked though. Adding this since it seems older posts are locked.
