I can't say definitively that one thing specifically is the cause, but here are some observations on the report.
You should uninstall NordVPN. See Public VPN are anything but private
I wonder if this "Hide Me" thing may not be causing trouble. I am not familiar with it, but it looks like the sort of thing that must interfere when you are trying to establish a connection...
You have Chrome and its evil kestone daemons and agents. I know that positively kill video applications, I never heard of interaction with Screen Sharing, but I would not put it past them. They are a huge hog of system resources.
There are some old things - Soundflower was great, but the only version that worked in the last few years was 2.0b2, you have an older version that is probably not doing anything.
