password issue
I had my old mac to transfer to new mac pro and I am having issue with the password to my new mac pro
It keeps asking me for a Recovery Key.

From what you describe it appears you arrived at Option 3 of If you forgot your Mac login password - Apple Support.
If you do not know that Recovery Key, or you have no knowledge of ever having created one, proceed with the remainder of that document: If you can't reset your Mac login password.
