Bootcamp Failing

I am using a 27-inch, 2019, iMac and am trying to use bootcamp to install windows. I am using the latest Windows 10 64-bit download and am giving windows 150 GB of space with plenty left on my Mac OS disk. I have tried it multiple times and have ran first aid but nothing seems to work. I am running macOS Sonoma. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
