I cannot sign out of my iCloud on my phone. It is greyed out. I can’t update my personal info or cancel subscriptions, which is urgent as an app is renewing I don’t want to pay for…
Screen time is NOT the problem. Everything is off. I own the phone. There is no administrator or company settings…
Phone has been restarted. I don’t want to do a factory reset; I am travelling on the road in Mexico with limited power and NO WIFI.
