New Journal app Cut and Paste

A workaround is to export the pages document to PDF. You can copy and paste into the Journal App from the PDF document.

I was able to copy from Pages to Notes and from Notes to Journal. It's certainly not ideal and I hope Apple fixes it and makes Journal available on the iPad and Mac.

Okay, I can confirm that I am also unable to copy-and-paste text from a Pages doc into a Journal entry.

It’s almost as if the majority of Apple’s programmers don’t actually test and use the apps they’re developing! Not good!!

I haven’t tried that, but I will.

The bug I’m experiencing is that words I’ve just typed often disappear if I stop typing for a few seconds! What strange and buggy behavior!! 🤪

Can you tell me how to export the Journal pages ? Look like don't have the icon for doing that?
