I updated it and it is still happening on my iPhone
Bumping this up. Same issue happens on the desktop version of Home on macOS Sonoma currently running latest version 14.3.1 Home Version is 8.0 841.4.10
Try updating your iPhone to iOS 17.2 that was published today.
