Mac blocked Xcode and it’s not letting me delete update or repair or open the app

The Xcode app says installing 2.42 gb of 2.42gb but it’s remained stuck like that for entirely three months. Which is how long I’ve had Xcode. I’ve tried clicking reinstall and uninstalling but that doesn’t do anything.

xcode is stuck during installation and I am unable to stop the installation. How to force quit it? After downloading the XCode from apple app store my Xcode installation is getting stuck for 3-4 days uptill now and I am unable to force quit the installation. Is there any way to do this.

Xcode Installation After downloading Xcode from the App Store, I am unable to move to the installation step. The download bar shows the process isn't finished but reads 7.76 of 7.76 GB regardless.
