Does my warranty cover my iPhone camera glass?

i have a iphone 13 and my top circle on camera has been cracked and only part of glass is still there i pay for apple care but never use it am i covered

Have the device inspected by Apple. Most likely, it will not be covered unless it is a manufacturing defect.
