Predictive Text is disabled, but still shows when I send a currency in iMessage

I have Predictive Text disabled in Keyboard settings, also in Siri & Search > Messages > Show in App. However, when I send a iMessage with a currency ($50) predictive text will pop up with two random works as well as the ApplePay icon on the far right.

I have also disabled Apple Pay via iMessage, and am still seeing this. How do I completely disable predictive text so I never see it in iMessage?
