<app> will damage your computer

When booting up my Mac, it has a pop up of "ExpandedNetfld" will damage your computer. When clicking Show To Folder this doesn't take me anywhere. I saw on a previous post by John Galt steps to take to remove files, and to add a post on to see if anyone could help.

Already removed files with "ExpandedNetfld" in the name.

There is one more folder that needs to be inspected as described in About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages - Apple Community. If it is empty, that's ok. There is no need to post a screenshot of a completely empty folder, but there are three folders in total that need to be inspected.

Pending confirmation of that uncertainty, read below.

First, start your Mac in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Starting in Safe Mode takes longer than usual so let it finish.

Regarding the contents of the two folders whose contents you posted: While in "Safe Mode", drag all the files in them to the Trash except the one with Apple in its name.

Then, restart your Mac normally and confirm the alert messages cease to appear.
