I became a victim of scammers

Hi there,


My name is Kamola. Today I became a victim of scammers. I was going to sell my phone to familiar and entered her Apple ID on my phone. After that she changed her password. Now I can't exit her iCloud. She extort money for the password. After this situation I have sent the letter to Apple, but still no answer.


I have all the necessary documents (purchase receipt) stating that this phone belongs to me.


I don't understand what's going to happen next. Could you please share your experience if you have already had a similar situation/heard from friends.
