I was trying out picsart 7 days free trial and used it for only one day. I was some hours late for cancelling my subscription and it charged me for a whole year. Apple says it is not eligible for a refund and picsart says they don’t have the right to complete my request and I have to contact Apple directly. Is there any way I can get my refund?

Picsart is the vendor and resellar simply hosted on the iOS App Store. It is not Apple who needs to refund your purchase but the vendor. It is always advisable to give the vendor's small print regarding purchases, renewals, and refunds a close read, even before a free trial. You will likely have a struggle on your hands now obtaining a refund and you may need to involve your credit card issuing financial institution to stop payment and pursue the refund on your behalf.
