Main display does not show Apple logo on boot

I am enclosing my system configuration and display system preferences in trying to solve this issue. When I startup my Mac mini the boot logo appears on the extended display and not the main display. However when I do any software updates the Mac boots up on the main display. Its only when I restart that this issue happens. Ultimately I could just deal with it but I use my extended display much less and want to stop my boot appearing on it. I have reset and done all the tech advice to deal with it and it won't solve. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance. Happy Holidays..
