Post OS & Teams Update APC/Uninterrupted Power Supply Charging Status blinks

I'm posting this in the event someone else is afflicted by this bug.

Following both MacOS and Teams updates my APC Uninterrupted Power Supply's status reporting is broken.

I suspect Teams audio driver might be at play.. still investigating. I'm attempting to monitor console logs for possible cause.
