Print title on all printed pages
my spreadsheet is 375 columns wide. When printing the title only shows up on first page. How can I get the title to print on every page ?

choose the Numbers menu item "File > Print…" then hover the cursor over the top edge of the page:
When hovering over top you will see the header and footer:
Double click in the area where you want the title and enter the text as needed.
While the cursor is in the header/footer, you may also enter special items like the page numbers and Date/Time

What do you mean by "title"? That term is used for a chart in Numbers, but in other places that I can think of.
Do you mean sheet name, or table name, or document name?
Keep in mind that 375 columns in Numbers would be very unusual, quite cumbersome. Is there another way you can arrange your work, perhaps by transposing the table? (Table > Transpose Rows and Columns).
