FCP Sharing too slow!

My FCP has become extremely slow for exporting the file. A 30 second clip is taking more than 30 min to render the output. My source footage isn't heavy. Have been editing the same kind of footage before and have'nt come across this issue. It's taking forever to export my file! Any suggestion pls?

I have already rendered the footage beforehand to avoid this export issue but doesn't seem to work!

The first thing that stands out is that your system drive is running low on free space. It may seem that 58GB is a lot, but it is little more than 10% of the whole drive.

Uninstall surfshark - any third party "antivirus" are detrimental to your safety and kill performance.

Uninstall Chrome and its evil keystone agents and daemons. They are poison to video and professional applications. See https://chromeisbad.com for an explanation and how to complete delete that stuff.

And finally, I see that also have Neat Video - this thing is known to take a looooong time. I am not sure if it is being used in your videos, but it may be a big part of why it's taking so long to export.

Uninstall the WD and Samsung software. Third party drive manufacturer software is unnecessary and often causes trouble.

You have what appears to be a rather old Paragon software. This was used to mount NTFS drives for reading and writing, but if you need that, you should update the software; otherwise, uninstall it.
