After update iOS 17.2 I do not have 'journal' app on my iPhone

Check for it under the App Library. Next to the last page of the Home Screen. If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.

if you can’t find it there still, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings > General > Language & Region > (on Region section) change it to “United States” then go back to Home Screen. That’s it

Is Journal in your App Library?

Various folks above have inquired about Journal on an iPad. It does not exist there. Journal is only on an iPhone using iOS 17.2 or greater.

Where? iPhone XSMax iOS17.3 (21D50) no Journal app. I'm in Australia and can't see in App Store

Agreed. My work around is to write up my journal in Notes using my I Pad keyboard then text it to myself then copy it to Journal…sounds like more work than it is.

With iPhone and other devices shouldn't need to text as can copy and paste between devices apple. Can also use Hand off tasks between iPhone and your other devices – Apple Support (AU)

couldn't get out of beta, turned it off and no updates avaiablel so I factory reset, installed a backup and now have. Now have ios 17.3 21d50 and still no journal app and no updates available, Grrrrrrr

Same here; I have an updated iPhone Max Pro 14 and am unable to have Journal. My partner has a SE iphone and he has it. Weird. I am updated to 7.4 so it’s not because of that. Any other info anyone can share?

Apple should always create apps that work across all of their platforms so that they can be used more by more users. I haven't used the new journal app nearly as much as i would if it were available for my iPad. Please make it available for iPad users soon!

Same here. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 17.2.1. I’ve searched my library and iPhone and no such app. Nada on the Journal app

I hope there will be a version of this on iPad and Mac. Will really appreciate if Apple can do it.

Hoping that Apple will make the app available on iPad. I have started using the app and like it but would be much happier if it was on iPad too.
