You can't remove the private web browsing feature. It's part of Safari's code. Just don't use it if you don't want to.

If you are worried about your website choices being recorded by your phone, you can take the following steps

Delete Historical Data

Firstly, you can take steps to remove information that your iPhone recorded about those sites in ⚙️ Settings app:

Settings→Safari→Clear History→(select which history to clear e.g. 1 Hour)→Clear History

There may be additional Website Data you can clear here:

Settings→Safari→Advanced→Website Data→Edit->(select a site)→tap "⛔️ Example.com"

Use Private Browsing

Next time you browse to a site you consider private, first switch to Private Browsing mode.

This Prevents Safari from storing your browsing in your history

Safari.app→⧉ (Tab Button)→New Private Tab
