How do I get Apple Cash back
i turned off Apple Cash from my phone and it disappeared. And I want to get back so I can turn it back on

As explained in the support document you posted from, go to Settings ➜ Wallet & Apple Pay and make sure the Apple Cash option is turned on there.
Then go back to the Wallet App and the Apple Cash card should appear there.
