MacOS Sonoma 14.2 broke the 14.1 legacy camera fix
While this fix (If you can't use your camera or video output device after updating to macOS Sonoma 14.1 - Apple Support) worked fro MacOS Sonoma 14.1, this fix does not work when MacOS is upgraded to Sonoma 14.2. What is the latest fix for enabling legacy external cameras?
