Availability is dependent on the studios or rights holders of the content, not Apple.

If you plan on using a UK Apple ID, then it may not be available depending on what kind of distribution deal the rights holder of Walker has in the UK if any.

That would be question for the studio rights holders, again Apple has nothing to do with it.

Contact CBS or Paramount for info regarding shows they own and make available on Apple's platforms.
