Please help me to restore the word doc, i couldn't find it in my mac book air. And i couldn't browse the previous history to restore the whole document back, only partial can be restored, please help!

Do you currently use Time Machine, or another incremental backup program with your Mac?
If so, and depending on when you last edited this document, you may be able to recover it from a backup.
If you are saying that this is a new document, and while editing it, your Mac shut down unexpectedly BEFORE you have had a chance to save it, it may be lost entirely as it could have been in RAM memory at this point. In that case, it would not be anywhere on your Mac's internal drive.
