Rude Customer service

 I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent customer support experience I had with Apple's Customer Support in the Philippines, specifically with the agent assigned to my case, using the phone number 09850030741. I believe it is essential to bring to your attention the unprofessional conduct and poor service I encountered. I called back several times but the Support did not speak at all.

On December 13, I contacted Apple Customer Support with Case ID: 102174849204 to address a concern I had with Apple ID. Unfortunately, my experience with the representative was highly unsatisfactory. The agent, who identified themselves with the aforementioned phone number, exhibited the following issues:

• Rudeness: The agent's demeanor was unprofessional and impolite throughout the conversation, creating an unpleasant experience for me as a customer.
• Silence and Muting: The agent did not communicate effectively and put me on mute for extended periods without providing any explanation. This led to confusion and frustration on my end.
• Unexpected Call Disconnection: The call was abruptly terminated without any resolution or courtesy explanation, leaving my issue unresolved and causing unnecessary inconvenience.

I understand that occasional technical glitches or misunderstandings may occur, but the level of service I experienced was far below the standards I expect from Apple's renowned customer support.
