In my previous iPhone there was no problem adding my bank card, but recently I bought new iPhone and in the latest phone I’m having issues with adding bank card to wallet?
when I press add card, it displays a message where there is no option to add card instead the message shows 2 options 1. Cancel and 2. learn more

If you get the Learn More popup, when tapping on the (➕) icon, then make sure your iPhone is set to a country or region where Apple Pay is supported in Settings➜General➜Language & Region➜Region.
