bought iPhone 13 pro. Paired it with iWatch 5. Despite setting weather app on both to Celsius, iWatch is defaulting to Farhenheit

I have checked that the phone weather setting in Settings is ºCelsius. Ditto in the weather app. Also looked at watch app on phone and all weather places are in Celsius. On the watch, the Weather app is in ºCelsium but on the face is Fahrenheit.

In photo one the phone weather app is Celsius. Photo 2 shows weather app is defaulting to Celsius and phot 3 shows the face where it has changed to Fahrenheit. Help, please.
