How do I hide “Time in bed”?

in Sleep tracking, Time in Bed is never correct. Is there a way to hide that?

Changing the hours that the Activity app resets each day? I usually go to bed between 4 and 5am and get up between Noon and 1pm. I hate that the Activity app resets at midnight, in the middle of my day. Can I change that so it resets at 7am? That way it resets while I sleep like people who typically work 8-5. Otherwise, tracking my activity is pointless.

Sleep App & Teal Bars Most days the sleep app tracks the different phases of sleep (REM, Core, Deep, or Awake), but some days it only reports the teal bars (Time in Bed or Asleep). How do I set this to track the various phases everyday? I'm not doing anything different on the days where only teal bars are reported, at least that I know of. Thanks!
