iPad reads everything I press, Does not accept unlock code
My iPad started reading everything back to me. I restarted the iPad and now it will not accept my passcode. It only reads the numbers

Sounds like you have activated Voiceover in the Accessibility settings. This means a single tap on the screen results in the voice describing what you've tapped. You need to double-tap to make anything work. So where you are now - trying to input your passcode - I think you have to double-tap every number. If that works and you get back in, you need to disable Voiceover by going to Settings - Accessibility and switching off Voiceover. But REMEMBER, you have to keep double-tapping to navigate until you get to turn it off.
